Our farm has a total of 3 apartments with double bedrooms, bathroom and private kitchen. Two of our apartments have a single room. Our farm can accommodate up to 8 people.
The kitchens are equipped with a full range of utensils, an oven, fridge, and coffee making facilities; the kitchen on the first floor also has a dish washer.
From their apartment guests access the internal courtyard where to dine al fresco and enjoy the use of the barbecue facilities.
The peaceful grounds of the Agriturismo provide the idyllic setting for an open air swimming pool and solarium furnished with comfortable sun loungers.
When rented for exclusive use, the property offers accommodation for groups of people, and guarantees maximum privacy and freedom. Agriturismo Montecaci has been designed so as to allow for its division in separate and fully equipped apartments.
PRICES
Prices range from 25 to 35 € per night per person and vary according to the season (winter heating costs excluded).
For bookings of the whole property, a 15% discount will be applied.
